When Rafael Nodal and AJ Fernandez set out to create the original Montecristo 1935, they came across a blend that was great, but needed just a little more time to age for the flavors to develop. The original Montecristo 1935 received a '95'-rating as well as being awarded the #2 cigar of the year in 2021, so they knew they had to follow it up with something truly special. And boy, did they ever!

The Montecristo 1935 Edicion Diamante has received a 93-point rating, as well as earning a spot on the top 25 cigars of 2023, with the review noting "First puffs erupt with pepper, leather and earth, but a steady flow of roasted nuts, baking spices and dark chocolate even out the smoke."
