I always thought CAO Italia was underrated and overlooked. A really delicious blend that, despite its 91 rating, always seemed to get overshadowed by its big brother Brazilia. Italia is made with a gorgeous and lusciously dark Habano Maduro wrapper leaf, and includes tobaccos from the Benevento region of Italy which add a zesty kick and some character to this complex blend. With a backbone of really nice, natural sweetness and hints of cinammon, pepper and toast, this four-country blend is earthy and rich, remaining medium in body from head to foot.
