Ernesto Perez-Carrillo has forgotten more about cigars than most ever know. The word 'legend' gets thrown around loosely in the cigar biz but EP Carrillo is probably about as close as it gets. He built and sold his famed La Gloria Cubana brand 20 years ago. LGC at the time was on the forefront of boutique cigars and the hottest thing going. Then 10 years or so back, he swung to a new vine and launched E.P. Carrillo. And he's done it all over again, steadily building another portfolio of great blends, crafting winner after winner. 96 ratings, #1 Cigar of the Year, and on and on. And he's a solid dude to boot.
